We were looking for a hearing aid for my mother and saw advertising of Hans Anders. I should say that I don't very often see the kind of service my mother has received from Salomon Katz, audicien of Hans Anders (Middenweg, Amsterdam). As the doctor's test was not sufficient (the doctor in the hospital has done only the basic test, which audicien has already done himself), he did all the extensive testing and spent a lot of time tuning and adjusting two different aids to achieve the best results.
His approach was very professional with a lot of patience and caring for the customer. We want to thank him again for an outstanding service!
