Slechte kwaliteit glazen

Ik ben al jaren klant bij Eye wish maar nu valt me op dat de kwaliteit van het glas slecht is.
Ik denk door de akties die ze hebben ze toch ergens iets moeten afknabbelen....en dat zijn volgens mij de glazen. Al na paar weken krassen en heel moeilijk schoon te maken. Ik betaal 300 per glas en dat is wel veel voor zulke slechte kwaliteit. Service is top maar je wilt ook goed spul.

I agree: the glass is of very bad quality and gets dirtier than any glass I had before. I chose the shop by asking several shops where they bought the glass from and was told they were from Japan. When I recently wrote to the client service to complain about the poor quality of the glass, I was answered that "if i was told my glasses were Essilor, it means they were" !!!! (Essilor is French and you cannot get Essilor glasses without a certification/guarantee card accompanying it). I will not return to Eyewish, they are too expensive for the low quality (I also had to change a glass after 2 months because they had failed the measures; at least on that they were honest).
